Spark LED has indoor and outdoor scoreboards for all sports. All our scoreboards can be customised with optional illuminated or non-illuminated panels for school name or sponsor advertising. Indoor and outdoor scoreboards can be customised to meet your special scoring needs or your budget.
All of the scoreboards are engineered and designed by Spark LED. We retain complete control over the manufacturing process, which allows us to ensure that all displays are of the utmost quality. Each electronic scoreboard comes with unequalled 36-month warranty. Our scoreboards have been awarded the IP67 rating, which means the panels have the highest weather protection available on the market
As SPARK manufacture many scoreboard options, we can remain totally objective giving you best advice to help choose the model best suited to your specific needs.

All SPARK scoreboards are manufactured from aluminium with vandal-proof polycarbonate score faces for ease of installation and low maintenance. Battery and solar power versions are available for most models with portable trolley options offering complete flexibility regardless of the situation.

As the scoreboard is a focal point, it provides a prime location for advertisers and sponsors. In many cases, the initial costs can be recouped in the first year allowing the club to generate significant revenue income from year two onwards.

SPARK offer three scoreboard design options for your sport. Which model you choose will depend on a number of factors including viewing angle, viewing distance, lighting conditions, availability of power and importantly, budget

Numerical Display:
These boards display the scores and/or timing with team names displayed on a permanent sign with the home team name and visitors or slide-in changeable lettering for customised names. They use ultra bright RED LEDs and are particularly good for low level lighting conditions or floodlit matches. Cost is similar to the electromechanical types

Alphanumerical Display:
These scoreboards also allow the team names to be displayed. All Spark alphanumerical boards come with software that allow advertising enabling the actual board to generate much needed revenue streams for the club. A further advantage is the board can be used to communicate messages, such as, lost children, forthcoming matches and social events, health and safety announcements or messages from the club sponsor. SPARK offers a lease option on these allowing the boards to be self-financing with the a low “up-front” costs.

Full graphic LED with video:
These represent the top of the Spark range and are most suited to larger stadiums or schools wishing to show live video feeds as well as scoring information. Again, these are offered with custom written scoring software.

Each scoreboard option is available in various sizes depending on required reading distance. While the most common size of digits is 300mm (providing a reading distance of 150 metres), Spark offers a full range varying from 100mm to 600mm. We will also provide advice to customers when we review the required position of the scoreboard in relation to the spectators.

The control mechanism is an important factor when choosing a scoreboard. All of Spark’s numerical scoreboards are controlled by a handheld radio device, This allows the user to effortlessly operate the board from anywhere in the ground.
